The Podi industrial zone is linked to the A1 highway by a four-kilometer local road via the Šibenik intersection. In addition, Šibenik is connected by the local road Ž-6109 to the national road D-58 after.

Water
In the planned Podi industrial zone a main water pipeline has been laid that runs from the Kukalj reservoir to the Jasenovac reservoir with a dimension of Ø 400 mm. A main line has been built that leads from the Kukalj reservoir to the Podi water supply system Ø 600 mm.
Sewage
The Podi industrial zone is connected to the Šibenik sewage system. The DTK sewage network has been constructed within the zone.

Basic elements of an offer:
- Name, address, telephone number and basic information about the bidder
- Complete information about the responsible person of the bidder
- Proof of the capabilities of the bidder
- Conceptual architectural solution
- Description of the current business
- Business investment plan
- Construction time and beginning of operation
- Price offered for one square meter, which may not be less than 5 (five) euros in kuna countervalue based on the middle exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the day of payment
- Proof of payment of the guarentee in the amount of 10% of the total bidding price
- A statement on acceptance of the tender documentation, the conditions of the tender, the instructions to bidders and the general and special conditions completely identical in content and form as that in the attachment to the tender documentation, in which the statement must be certified by a stamp and the signature of the bidder, or the authorized person in the entity, and certified in writing with a public notary
- Other proofs and statements in accordance with the instructions to bidders
The seller is obligated::
- To provide water and electricity for the area and the needs of the construction site, so that the buyer makes the connections at his cost
- By the completion of construction and the procurement of the site use permits, to construct an access road if not already done so. To provide the buyer with connections for electricity, water, and telephone, and in accordance with the plan for an access road, a network of fire hydrants
The buyer is obligated:
- Within a period of 18 months, starting from the day of the concluding of the sales agreement, and in accordance with the project design, the buyer of the real estate must acquire a valid site permit, confirm the main construction project, carry out the parcelization and formation of special land parcels, and begin construction
- Within a period of 36 month, starting from the day of the concluding of the sales agreement, acquire a valid construction permit in accordance with the project design and the previously obtained confirmation of the main project and begin the work
- The buyer of the real estate is permitted to mortgage it to ensure the acquisition of the resources for achieving the investment program on a purchased parcel, but in that case it is forbidden to give the purchased real estate as security in a joint mortgage
